2019 FALL CREEKSIDE FOOTBALL INFORMATION

We are glad you have expressed interest in joining the Creekside Dux Football team. Welcome!  We look forward to helping you have a great experience as a student athlete in our Zeeland West Football program.

Here are some important pieces of information that you and your parents need to know.

Before you show up for practice, you will need:

• To be registered and "all green" on FinalForms, except the $ symbol.  (Your FinalForms fee of $7 must be paid before the first game.  This fee covers every sport for your child in the 19-20 school year.)
• To have a current physical form on file in either the Creekside Office or the Zeeland West Athletic Office. 
  •  A current physical is dated on or after April 15th of 2019.
• To register for FinalForms, Please visit www.zeelandwestathletics.com.  Look under the DUX INFO tab and click on FinalForms Registration.

Football Practice Information:

• Creekside will start practice on Wednesday, August 21^st. 
• Practices will be at Creekside
• Practice time will be from 5-7pm.
• No pads; helmets only for the first 3 days for conditioning.
