Zeeland West had a good showing Saturday at the Grand Haven Invitational. The Dux fought through a tough pool defeating Northville and North Muskegon while losing to Forest Hills Northern.
In the afternoon, the Dux defeated North Muskegon before falling in the Silver Championship to Cadillac.
Kara Hecht had 34 kills on the day, while Janelle Perez and Kaylee Bakker had 23 & 20 respectively. Makinna Ramont had 44 assists and 7 aces.
The Dux are now 13-3 on the season and have a Quad Monday night at home.
