Varsity Lacrosse lost a highly competitive game against a very tough Vicksburg team 10-15. Vicksburg jumped out to a 4-1 1st quarter lead, which proved to be too much for Zeeland to overcome down the stretch. Zeeland was led on offense by Eli VanSingel with 4 second half goals as they tried to mount a comeback. Riley Rimes scored 2 goals while Ethan Geary, Clayton Hoekwater, Jimmie Rockel and Riley DeKraker each scored once. Assisting on goals were Rimes (1), Will Fredrickson (1), Geary (1), Hoekwater (1), and Tucker Martinez (1). Clayton Boerigter put forth a strong effort in net, recording 7 saves.

Varsity Lacrosse got 3 goals and 3 assists from Riley Rimes as they defeated Reeths Puffer Wednesday night by a score of 11-3. Another strong effort was turned in by Clayton Boerigter and the Zeeland defense as he made 14 saves. Clayton Hoekwater scored 3 goals and had 1 assist. Tucker Martinez had a goal and an assist. Will Fredrickson scored 2 goals while Brendan Niesz and Alex Stockdale each scored once.

Varsity Lacrosse won a low scoring, defensive contest by a score of 5-4 Tuesday night. Clayton Boerigter anchored a strong defensive effort for Zeeland making 10 timely saves on the evening. Eli VanSingel led the scoring with 2 goals. Clayton Hoekwater, Jimmie Rockel and Tucker Martinez each scored 1 goal. Riley Rimes assisted on 2 of Zeeland's 5 goals.

Eli VanSingel scored three goals in Zeeland's 10-9 victory over a tough, talented Forest Hills Eastern team. In a very balanced scoring attack, Clayton Hoekwater scored 2 goals while Alex Stockdale, Brendan Niesz, Ethan Geary, Jimmie Rockel, and Tucker Martinez all scored once. Riley Rimes once again led the Zeeland offense by assisting on 3 of the 10 goals. Clayton Boerigter helped hold off a strong Eastern comeback by making 16 saves.

On a snowy evening in Caledonia, Zeeland fell behind 6-0 early. They could never quite dig completely out of the early hole, falling to Caledonia by a final score of 13-9. Riley Rimes led the Zeeland offense by scoring 3 goals and assisting on 2 others. Also scoring goals for Zeeland were Ethan Geary (2), Eli VanSingel (2), Clayton Hoekwater (1), and Tucker Martinez (1). Will Fredrickson had 2 assists while Hoekwater and Jimmie Rockel each had one. To go along with his 14 strong saves in net, Clayton Boerigter had an assist on a tremendous full field pass to Rimes.

Zeeland Varsity Lacrosse fell behind Grand Rapids Catholic Central 2-3 midway through the first quarter. This would be the last time they trailed Friday night as they scored 9 straight goals to take an 11-3 halftime lead en route to a 14-6 victory over the Cougars. Clayton Hoekwater led the scoring with 3 goals and 2 assists. Ethan Geary also scored 3 goals while Brendan Niesz, Will Fredrickson, and Eli VanSingel each scored 2 goals. Finishing out the goal scoring for Zeeland were Caleb Meeuwsen and Jimmie Rockel with one goal each. Riley Rimes piloted the Zeeland offense getting many teammates involved and assisting on 4 Zeeland goals. Rockel and Tucker Martinez each added one assist. Clayton Boerigter made several key saves during Zeeland's pivotal run and finished the night with 7 saves total.

Clayton Boerigter turned in a strong effort in goal, making 4 key saves to keep Zeeland within striking distance.
