Zeeland defeated Lowell in Friday night lacrosse action 16-9. Eli Van Singel scored 6 goals and added 3 assists. Jesse DeWeerd scored 5 goals and an assist. Clayton Hoekwater scored 3 goals, had 3 assists and 4 ground balls. Will Fredrickson scored 1 goal, had 2 assists and 4 ground balls. Collin DeKraker had a strong game at LSM leading the team with 6 ground balls. Cam Gunn also making big contributions in the transition game with 5 ground balls. Nate Durham scored a key goal and had an assist. Jayden Brower had an outstanding night at the face-off dot going 17/23. Ryan Stockdale had a strong game in goal making 8 saves. The Zeeland defense was strong throughout the contest.
