Dux Varsity Softball beats Muskegon in OK Green play

The Dux continued to play well and beat Muskegon Lady Reds 17-0 on Monday night in OK Green conference play.

Emily Brands collected the win on the mound. She threw four innings allowing zero runs on two hits, striking out seven and walking two.

Dux offense was led by Lily Brower who went 3 for 4 driving in four runs with a single and two triples. Brands was good at the plate as well going 3 for 4 with three singles. Lauren Spahr and Carly Sleeman each had two hits and multiple RBIs. Avery Vugteveen, Morgan Patrick, and Alexa Brott also contributed hits for the win.

Dux improved to 10-1 in conference(23-5 overall)
