Dux traveled to Calvin Christian for a 4 team tournament on Saturday 5/8. They faced Reese in the first game and scored eight runs in the final three innings to win 14-2.
Alexa Brott improved to 8-2 on the season. She threw seven innings, allowing two runs on three hits, striking out twelve and walking two.
Dux Offense was on, racking up fifteen hits in the game. They were led by Lily Brower who went 4 for 4 hitting two homeruns, a double, and a single. Carly Sleeman went 4 for 5 and also tallied a homerun. Taylor Zwagerman was patient and good in the box. She was 2 for 2 with two singles and two walks. Morgan Patrick also had a multiple hit game with two singles. Elexia Fuentes, Addison Verplank, and Brott all had a hit in the game.
Dux improved to 18-4 on the season and moved into the Championship game against Calvin Christian
