Dux Softball got the job done quickly in the second game with a big ten run rally in the second inning and  finishing the game in three innings 16-0.

Freshman Alexa Brott threw a no hitter for the Dux. She threw three innings striking out six and walking one. "Alexa was comfortable on the mound and was able to keep the HC hitters off balance. Her command was good tonight."

Dux Offense continued what they had going in game one by putting up eleven hits in the shortened game. They were led by Senior Lily Brower who went 3 for 3. Freshman Morgan Patrick went 2 for 2 with two RBIs. Sophomore Carly Sleeman was the third Dux hitter to have multiple hits in the game. She went 2 for 3 and had three RBIs.  Elexia Fuentes, Addison Verplank, Taylor Zwagerman, and Brott all contributed hits for the Dux. 

"Our players continued to feed off of one another. They play for each other and for the team. They have fun and are playing good ball."

Dux improved to 14-2 (6-0 OK Green).. They play in Allendale on Saturday and face Covenant Christian, Allendale, and Zeeland East.
