WYOMING HIGH SCHOOL: 0
The Dux JV boys soccer team overcame a weather delay and a sluggish start to earn a 1-0 win over Wyoming. After struggling most of the half to find any sort of rhythm and connectivity, Micah Henry capitalized on Wolves miscue near midfield. After intercepting a misplayed ball, Henry beat two defenders and slipped the ball passed a diving keeper to seal the win.
"Honestly, we were fortunate to get the win tonight. We did not play with the same confidence or urgency we have all season. However, we made some adjustments at half and were able to finish the game playing our style and tempo. Happy with the result and how we bounced back after a really slow start tonight."
