The Dux JV Soccer team earned its third consecutive shutout of the season, by defeating Fennville 7-0 on Monday night. The Dux used a very balanced attack, with 7 different players finding the back of the net. Gael Garcia, Micah Henry, Logan Bomers, Andrew Zimmer, Zack Ramsdell, Lucas Smith and Graham VanDort scored a goal a piece. Assisting on the goals were Brayan Alonso, Zimmer, Luis Parra, Henry, Smith and Ramsdell. Smith and Reagan Page again split time in net to earn the shutout.

"We played simple and efficient soccer on a very fast surface tonight. Really impressed with our ability to adapt to the surface and still play within ourselves and system. We made some great adjustments at halftime and scored in a variety of ways, while snuffing out and breaking up their counter attack. Another solid effort as a team, really proud of everyone's contributions and continued commitment to excellence."

The Dux are 3-0 on the season, and are off until next Tuesday when they travel to Mona Shores for a conference match with the Sailors.
