The boy's J.V. soccer team had a great performance against the Wyoming Wolves on Wednesday evening. The scoring was opened by the Wolves early in the first half when they were awarded a penalty that they converted on goal keeper and captain Caden Koetje to make the game 1-0. The Dux overcame the deficit with some great ball movement from the midfielders that led to captain Isaac Hondorp assisting Mitch Middleton for the equalizing goal. The Dux got momentum and Nathan Wilson and Austin Bomers were able to get on the score sheet to make the half time score 3-1. Assists were made by Middleton and captain Ethan Bosch. The 2nd half saw the Dux really in control of the game and they were able to add two more goals: Austin Bomers got his second goal of the night and Joe O'Connor got his first goal of the season. The game ended 5-1 in favor of the Dux.
