We dug ourselves a very big hole early in the match and had a tough time recovering.   We came out flat and they used their speed to open up the field.  Our defense to begin the game was not where it needed to be and because of that Holland Christian found the back of the net 4 time in the 1st 20 minutes or so.  We did settle in and played much more aggressively the 2nd 20 and really shored up our defense.   We started to connect some passes and disrupted their play.  The 2nd half started like the 1st and they had 2 more in the 1st 5 minutes but again we settled in and played much better the final 35.  We could have folded and called it quits but this team is resilient to sat the leadt. They never quit as a unit and continued to hustle.   I was very proud of how they finished the game.  It wasn't the result we wanted but we played hard and learned some things.  Looking forward to seeing how we respond next week!
