An entertaining game was played tonight between the Dux and River Rats.  The action was intense and both teams had the crowd into it.  The game was up and down the field at a furious pace and it seemed that either team could score at any point.   The River Rats held the advantage in shots but Dux goalkeeper Branch McGeehan was up to the challenge and made some huge saves to keep the game close.  Black River hot b on the board 1st with about 25 minutes left in the game on a nice header off a corner.  The Dux hung tough and continued pressure and it paid off as a flurry of opportunities was finally finished off of a great pass and finish by Reynaldo Ramirez.   Both teams had more chances but could not find the back of the net.  The Dux played well and fought hard.  Black River has a way of bringing out some of our best every time we see them which again like tonight proved very entertaining.
