Zeeland West Dux easily dispatched Mona Shores Sailors Varsity 11-3 on Thursday.
The Dux fired up the offense in the first inning and didn't look back. Zeeland West had 14 hits in the game. Klamt, Moore, Bolhouse, Lauraine, and Edwards each racked up multiple hits for the Dux.
Carter Hughes pitched Zeeland West to victory. The ace lasted five and two-thirds innings, allowing seven hits and three runs while striking out four. Ruch and Bolhouse entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
