Josh Agar threw a gem on Tuesday for The Dux, allowing zero runs and besting Holland Dutch Varsity by a score of 13-0
Zeeland West secured the victory thanks to ten runs in the seventh inning. Dux batters contributing to the big inning included Agar, Simon Moore, Carter Hughes, Jake Lencioni, Alex Lencioni, and Joe Ruch, all knocking in runs in the inning.
The Dux got things moving in the first inning, when Agar singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
Zeeland West tallied 15 hits in the game. Hughes, Agar, Deklen Klamt, Moore, and Lencioni each racked up multiple hits for Zeeland West Varsity Dux. Agar and Hughes all had three hits to lead Zeeland West Varsity Dux. Zeeland West Varsity Dux didn't commit a single error in the field.
