Josh Agar was brilliant on the hill on Tuesday, as Agar threw a no-hitter to lead the Zeeland West varsity baseball team past South Haven 13-0.

The Dux were boosted by Agar not only on the mound but also offensively as he went 4-for-4 at the plate. Agar doubled in the first, singled in the third, singled in the fourth, and singled in the fifth. Zeeland West put up four runs in the fifth inning. The offensive firepower by the Dux was led by Agar, Joe Steele, Camden Schuessler, and Carson Gulker, who each had RBIs in the inning.

Agar was the winning pitcher for Zeeland West. The lefthander allowed zero hits and zero runs over four and two-thirds innings, striking out ten.

Zeeland West scattered 12 hits in the game. Agar, Schuessler, and Gulker each racked up multiple hits for the Dux. Agar went 4-for-4 at the plate to lead Zeeland West in hits and the Dux didn't commit a single error in the field.

The Zeeland West varsity baseball team is now 5-1 as they prepare for conference play. The Dux will be back on the field on April 13 as they take on OK Green Conference foe, Reeths-Puffer High School.
