The Zeeland West varsity baseball team lost the lead late in a 12-4 defeat to Edwardsburg on Saturday. The Dux struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Edwardsburg, giving up 12 runs.
Camden Keatley took the loss on the mound for the Dux. He surrendered six runs on ten hits over five innings, striking out one.
Zeeland West racked up eight hits on the day. Clayton Kuipers, Aaron Sleeman, and Kyle Veersma each had two hits for the Dux.
