Boys and Girls Varsity Bowling-co-op vs. Multiple Opponents

The Zeeland Bowling team was in action this past Saturday as they faced off against West Michigan rivals in the Fruitport invitational tournament. The boys were led by Alex Vogt, Nick Woodman, and Brett Klein. In the end their efforts placed them in the top half of the field of competition.
The girls team being led by seniors Megan Gemmill, Ellie Drenten, and Morgan Smith placed first in the qualifying round beating the second place team by over 500 pins. Heading into match play team Zeeland defeated Comstock Park and Rockford to snatch first place honors. Three girls were named to the all tournament team Ellie Drenten, Alyssa Fortney and Morgan Smith.
