GRAND RAPIDS CHRISTIAN HIGH SCHOOL: 1
Zeeland girls got out to a great start and never looked back. The girls shot a big 196 in the first baker game and went on to sweep the bakers and take a 10-0 lead. The girls continued to pour it on rolling a huge 909 game with three girls shooting 200 games. The girls ended the night with a nice 804 game and won 29-1. High games were rolled by Skylar Beverwyk 214, Alyssa Fortney 206 and Morgan Smith 205.
Zeeland boys continue to struggle with bakers but roll past GR Christian. The boys won the first baker 181-132. They lost the second 163-167 and took a 6-4 lead into the singles matches. The boys got hot and shot a great 1010 game. This put the lead the 14-5 going into the second singles match. The boys stayed hot and threw a 948 game taking all but one point and winning 24-6. High games were rolled by Nate Bruursema 235, Zach Baum 233, 205, Kyle Lambright 231 and Isaiah Reyes 224.
