Boys started strong with a 227 baker win and then Hudsonville steamed back with a 263 to split the bakers and take a 6-4 lead. Zeeland then put together a strong 1040 game and took 8 of 9 points. Hudsonville would not go away and came back with a big 1015 game and took 7 of 9 points. Zeeland held on with overall totals and won 16-14. High games rolled by Gabe Reyes 247,223, Wyatt Langejans 223,213, Kyle Lambright 222 and Zach Baum 220.
Zeeland girls lost to a very good and experienced Hudsonville team 28-2. The young zeeland team will learn from this non-conference loss and will continue to grow. High games were rolled by Skylar Beverwyk 166, Morgan Smith 165 and Ellie Drenten 153.
