Girls 7/8 Creekside Basketball vs. Reeths-Puffer Middle School

The 7th grade girls bball team lost to Reeths Puffer on Monday night. Leading scorers were Emily Overway, Rylee Smith, Anna Loeprich and Kendyl Chupailo. Ana Flores, Isabel Assink, Greta Hondorp, and Tessa Rindfliesh played tough defense, while Alyssa Haveman, Desi Kuyers, Alexa Brott, Cora Mielke, and Kayla Wyrick were strong on the boards. The Dux will be at Holland Christian on Wednesday.
The 8th grade team played a great game but came up just short in the end against a talented Reeths Puffer team. Leading scorers for the Dux were Kara Bartels, Lindy Gulker, Marissa Ybarra, Karli VandenBerg, Ally Yonker, Danielle Swett, Izzy Cifuentes, and Kenzie Spitters. The Dux are in action again on Wednesday as they travel to Holland Christian.
