Zeeland, MICH - The Zeeland Women's Water Polo Team fell to Hudsonville on Tuesday night 11-4. The game was much closer than the final indicated. Zeeland trailed 5-3 after 3 and kept the score close until the final 1:45 at 8-4 before Hudsonville scored 3 to end the game.
Peyton Elenbaas led the team with 2 goals and Kelsy Toth and Katie Agar eached chipped in 1. Morgan Beers made 11 saves in goal.
The team next plays against West Ottawa at home on Thursday at 6:00 followed by hosting a tournament over the weekend.
