Boys 7/8 Creekside Soccer vs. Jenison HS School

The Dux 8th grade boys soccer team rolled to a 7-0 victory over the Jenison Wildcats. In addition to playing stellar defense in limiting the Wildcat chances, the Dux dominated offensively moving the ball around the field with great purpose and intention. Carson Hauch and Andrew Kraft led the Dux with 2 goals apiece. Trigve Elkins, Micah Henry and Brandon Taylor also added goals for the Dux. Ben Keuning led the Dux with 2 assists, while Oliver Bouvier, Kraft, Elkins and Sam DiLaura added an assist as well. Jacob Schultz and the Dux defense earned their second shutout of the week, and look to continue their shutout streak as they host Hamilton on Thursday. The Dux are 3-1-1 on the year.
The 7th grade Creekside boys soccer team tied a lucky Jenison squad 3-3 on their home
field. Scoring for the Dux was Logan Bomers, Lucas Smith and Graham VanDort. Great
assists were contributed by Zack Ramsdel and Luke Kaynor. Playing smashing defense
for the Dux was Saige Merfield and Keegan Louwerse.
