In 8th grade soccer action last night, the Dux cruised to a 4-0 shutout win over the host Bulldogs of Byron Center. The Dux used a balanced attack in scoring 2 goals in each half en route to the victory. Sam DiLaura opened the scoring after receiving a nice back pass from Ben Keuning. Jacob Schultz made a save in goal then punted the ball to Andrew Kraft for a break away goal to make it 2-0 before the half.

Micah Henry received a nice slotted ball from Sam DiLaura to make a 3-0. Sealing the victory and scoring his first goal of his MS career, Andrew McCullough took another great slotted ball from DiLaura before blasted it past the BC keeper. Great effort and win boys! The Dux are 2-1-1 on the season and host Jenison tonight.

The 7th grade Creekside boys soccer team defeated Byron Center by a score of 4 to 1. 

Netting the victory for the Dux was a combined effort by Reagan Page and Lucas Smith. 

Scoring for the Dux was Logan Prince, Lucas Smith and Logan Bomers.  Great defensive

efforts were turned in by Logan Wyckoff, Noah Vande Veld and Evan Wiersma.
