The JV volleyball team defeated Zeeland East on October 3rd in three sets (25-21, 18-25, 15-11). Leading the way in kills were Taylor Zwagerman, Mya Anderson, Tia Martinez and Lindy Gulker. The dux played great defense led by Alayna Ruch, Lauren Broersma, and Lexi Rindfliesch. Hannah VanTuinen led the way in assists for the Dux
On Tuesday, October 9th the Dux defeated Unity Christian by a score of 26-24, 25-16. The Dux won a close first set, then used the momentum to control the second set. Statistical leaders were:
