ZW JV Volleyball @ Coopoersville Tournamnet

The ZW JV volleyball team opened the season on Aug 24 at the Coopersville Invitational. In pool play the Dux split with Black River losing the first game 24-26, but winning the second 25-17. ZW also defeated Grand Haven (25-22, 25-23) and lost to Holland Christian (19-25, 14-25). In Bracket play, the Dux fell to Covenant Christian (19-25, 20-25).
Offensively the Dux we led by Abby Winn with 20 kills, Taylor Zwagerman with 7, and Tia Martinez with 5. Defensively, Jasmine Cammenga and Lauren Broersma each recorded 10 digs. Lexi Rindfliesch and Hannah VanTuinen dished out 12, and 10 assists respectively.
