ALLENDALE HIGH SCHOOL: 1
The Dux varsity soccer team used a strong second half to earn a come from behind victory over Allendale Friday night, leaving with a 3-1 win. Trailing 0-1 at half, Abby Winn converted a penalty kick to knot the score at 1-1. Marisaa Ybarra made it 2-1 after knocking in a rebound off of an Anna Miller cross. Isabella Cifuentes add an insurance goal off of a nice combination Tia Martinez and Amarra Blattner. Grace Caywood made 3 saves in net for the Dux.
The Dux are 8-1-1 on the season and return to action on Wednesday when they host Unity Christian.
