MONA SHORES HIGH SCHOOL: 3
After two weeks off due to a mandatory quarantine, the Dux varsity soccer team resumed their season by hosting Mona Shores Tuesday night. The Sailors won the match by a final score of 3-0.
"While it wasn't the outcome we were hoping for tonight, it was sure good to be back on the field playing once again. Credit Mona for their physicality and ability to finish tonight, they were a tough opponent. We struggled initially to find a rhythm offensively, but grew into the game is the match progressed. So proud of the resiliency and positivity from our team tonight."
The Dux fall to 2-3-2 on the season, and 1-1-1 in the OK Green.
