West Varsity Girls Golf earn OK Green Conference Championship

The West varsity girls golf team placed 3rd at the OK Green Conference Tournament today held at Pigeon Creek Golf Course. The finish today along with points for the entire season earned this team the first conference championship in Zeeland West girls golf history. The Dux were led by Rylee Smith who finished 2nd overall with a 76. Morgan Smith added a 79 and finished 4th overall while Anika Doan added a 91 and T-9th. Eve Kasten contributed a 111 to the team score. Rylee, Morgan, and Anika were also named to the OK Green All Conference Team for the season. The team travels to Island Hills Golf Club tomorrow to compete in the Pre-Regional Tournament held by Sturgis. Great job ladies!
