Lady Dux won the hard fought battle against WO 50-40 on Tuesday night.  The pressure of West Ottawa's defense made the Dux play a little out of control and rushed in the first half.   Dux were trailing at half time 15-22.  
 

The Dux were able to regain their composure and put together a much better 2nd half led by Marcy Creevy stepping up and hitting some big shots for the Dux in the 3rd & 4th quarters.  Kaylee Bakker gave the Dux some clutch offense with two big 3 pointers as well.   Kara Bartels cleaned up on the offensive glass and finished with 8 points. 

The Dux had a lock down defensive performance by Tally Martinez who held West Ottawa's high scorer to single digits.  Marcy Creevy led all scoring with 18 points while Bakker added 15 hitting all 4 free throws to close out the game. 
 

The Dux have a bye this Friday and are back at it next week Tuesday against Coopersville.
