COOPERSVILLE HIGH SCHOOL: 33
The Dux took down the Coopersville Broncos 41-33. Kaylee Bakker helped the Dux come out to a quick lead scoring 7 of her total 10 points in the 1st quarter. Bakker accompanied her 10 points with 12 rebounds and 5 blocks.
Tally Martinez provided a much needed spark scoring 9points of her game high 11points in the 3rd quarter. The Dux put together a great collective defensive effort in the first 3 quarters.
The Broncos made a comeback late in the game, but the Dux were able to hold them off long enough to clench the victory. Alyssa Smith also added to the scoring column with 6 points. The Dux are back at home on Friday when they take on Comstock Park.
