The freshman boys lost to Mona Shores by 4 points on Tuesday night by a score of 40-44. Mona Shores took the lead in the first few minutes and maintained that lead throughout the entire game. The Dux battled throughout the contest and had opportunities in the fourth quarter to complete a comeback but fell short. Leading the Dux on offense were Jake Lencioni (12 points), Brody Maas (9 points), and Lincoln Jipping (7 points). Carson Nash brought lots of energy and played with great composure during the game. Quintin VanLente played solid defense while he was in.
