The Dux freshman defeated the Hamilton Hawkeyes by a score of 41-21. The Dux took the lead at the beginning and kept it throughout the entire 4 quarters. Jake Lencioni led the Dux with 11 points while also playing tremendous defense. Other contributors on the offensive end were Trey Sloothaak (4 points), Luke Wierenga (4 points), Lincoln Jipping (4 points), Lucas Smith (4 points), and Jakob McLaren (4 points). The Dux showed improvement in their rebounding and hustle during the game. All 15 Dux were able to contribute on the court. The Dux are back in action Tuesday, 12/21, against Coopersville at Zeeland East High school. Tipoff is 11:00am.
