Zeeland West Freshman Dux got on the board in the first inning.  Lucas Smith singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.

In the top of the second inning, Allendale Falcons Freshmen 2022 tied things up at one.  Jacksen Fitton drove in one when Fitton singled.

Allendale Falcons Freshmen 2022 pulled away for good with four runs in the third inning.  In the third Alex Genuise doubled on a 1-1 count, scoring two runs, Korbyn Russell doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run, and Reid Powell singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

Vince Gebraad was credited with the victory for Allendale Falcons Freshmen 2022. Gebraad surrendered two runs on six hits over five innings, striking out three.

Smith took the loss for Zeeland West Freshman Dux. Smith surrendered seven runs on seven hits over five innings, striking out six.

Alex Rotman, Logan Wyckoff, Noah VanderVelde, Jacob Lencioni, Koen Rutkauskas, and Smith all had one hit to lead Zeeland West Freshman Dux.
