Monday night the Dux went on the road to the Zeeland East Chix and came away with a 71-49 win.  The first half was a close one with the score going back and forth and both teams grabbing leads.  The Dux lead at the quarter by one, 19-17.  The Chix went on a run early in the second and grabbed a lead, but the Dux battled back and lead 35-30 in a high scoring first half. The Dux ramped up the defensive pressure and executed very well on the defensive glass to hold the Chix to 4 points while putting in 23 of their own. The Dux had a well balanced attack with 4 guys in double figures and a fifth with 9.  The Dux were lead by Brady Westfield with 15, Evan Follman with 13, Jacob Eckert with 12, Trey Sloothak with 10, Micah Henry with 9, Andrew Kraft with 5, Rolando Robelin with 4, and Gael Garcia with 3.  The Dux will complete conference play this Friday at home vs. the Holland Dutch.
