WEST OTTAWA HIGH SCHOOL: 36
Josh Agar (2023) led the JV Dux to victory on Saturday against West Ottawa, scoring 13 of his 21 points in the first quarter as the Dux won 57-36. The win improved the JV team's record to 10-1 (8-1) on the season, and it marked the team's tenth win in a row.
"Josh has the capability to catch fire, as he showed against the Panthers," Coach Ray said. "He has been a huge part of our team this year, and he plays with a fire that we love to see."
Myles Steffen (2024) added 12 points in the win, while Skyler Geurink (2023) chipped in nine points.
With five games remaining in the season, the Dux continue their second round of conference games this week with games against Wyoming, Reeths-Puffer, and Holland. Tuesday's game against Wyoming will tip off after the Freshman game around 5:30pm at Zeeland West. The Varsity team will follow around 7:00pm.
