Zeeland West Dux JV fought back after falling down by six runs in the fifth inning. The comeback fell just short though, in an 8-7 defeat to Unity Christian on Tuesday. Zeeland West Dux JV scored five runs in the failed comeback on a single by Jack Alderink, a error during Joe Steele's at bat, and a single by Jake Kender. Despite the loss, Zeeland West Dux JV did collect six hits in the high-scoring affair. Unfortunately, Unity Christian had seven hits on the way to victory.
