Brower's Walk-Off Picture Perfect Ending In Zeeland West Dux JV's Victory Over Holland High School

Zeeland West Dux JV took Tuesday's game in dramatic fashion, with a 6-5 walk-off victory over Holland High School. The game was tied at five with Zeeland West Dux JV batting in the bottom of the seventh when Jordan Brower singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.

Zeeland West Dux JV earned the victory despite allowing Holland High School to score three runs in the second inning.  Vande vusse, Mason Hagger, and Jorge Royas all drove in runs in the frame.

Holland High School took an early lead in the second inning.  Royas grounded out, scoring one run.

Travis Vredeveld got the win for Zeeland West Dux JV. He lasted one-third of an inning, allowing zero hits and zero runs while walking zero.

Kyle Hart took the loss for Holland High School. He lasted one and one-third innings, allowing four hits and two runs while striking out two.

Sebastian Lopez started the game for Holland High School. He surrendered four runs on five hits over five and a third innings, striking out seven Marshal Acosta started the game for Zeeland West Dux JV. He surrendered five runs on eight hits over six and two-thirds innings, striking out seven and walking zero

Zeeland West Dux JV collected nine hits.  Brower, Caleb Smith, and Vredeveld each had multiple hits for Zeeland West Dux JV.  Brower led Zeeland West Dux JV with three hits in four at bats.
