JENISON HIGH SCHOOL: 13.00
The varsity water polo team lost to #2 Jenison, 5-13. Zeeland fought hard against the Wildcats down only 3 at halftime and 4 at the final quarter break, but Jenison's size and speed proved too much in the fourth quarter.
Will Posthumus had a great game with two goals, four steals, and an assist. Mason Landes had two goals, two assists, and three drawn exclusions. Lucas Dattels scored the teams final goal on a great shot on a man-up possession.
The team plays at the Falcon Invite in East Kentwood this weekend and then is off until next Wednesday where they play #1 Hudsonville.
