Boys Varsity Water Polo Co-op vs. Jenison HS School

The varsity water polo team defeated Jenison on Wednesday night, 13-8. Despite some trickery and physical play from the Wildcats, Zeeland was able to pull away midway through the second period and managed to mantain a sizable lead.
Kaleb DeNeff and Aidan VanSoest each scored four goals and Spencer DeGraaf added three more. Kyle VanTuinen had a great outside shot off an ordinary foul. Nate Brinks (Red) scored his first varsity goal on a man up possession
Bryce Ketchum had a solid defense game with two steals and two field blocks including one on a six on five defensive stand.
The team has a big break before their next game which will be at their home tournament next weekend.
