Varsity vs Spring Lake High School (1 - 2) Loss. The varsity boys suffered a loss at Spring Lake on Monday night as the Lakers came away with a 2-1 victory. The team started off sluggish and never really recovered for the rest of the game. The Dux did get on the board 1st as Owen Frego put home a rebound off of a Kia Hoffer shot tat found its way to Owen who tucked it by the Spring Lake keeper. The score stayed that way until early in the 2nd half when Spring Lake struck twice in about 6 minutes to take the lead. The Dux had other opportunities but could not find the back of the net.
